WHAT IS PIPE SAFE?

THE PROBLEM
When a slab is laid on a building
site, the plumber includes drain
and waste pipes
which extend above the slab.
These remain exposed while the
frame is built and
are only cut
flush when the tiler comes on site, some time later.
 This protruding pipes create
a safety hazard for other builders
and tradesman on site.
They are also open drain
points for building waste or debris,
creating an environmental hazard.
If they are blocked for
whatever reason, it is a costly exercise
to clear the drains.

THIS BUILDING PRACTICE
NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.
PIPE SAFE IS THE
SOLUTION.

THE SOLUTION
Pipe Safe
is an unique, three system plug which sits inside the
drain pipe, which is then cut flush with the slab prior to
insertion.
It has a housing, which is
glued into the pipe. A filter then locks
into the housing. A semi-tamper proof plug then seals the pipe.
The plug can only be opened with a 30mm socket.
The entire assembly sits
inside the pipe. This reduces the
possibility of breakage or removal. The cap is inserted
and sits flush with the floor surface to produce a
safe working area.

THE SOLUTION
Pipe Safe
is the only product which goes inside the pipes
as soon at they are laid. This prevents concrete slurry or
building waste entering drain pipes.
Pipe Safe has an
inbuilt filter which allows water
to be drained, but not building debris.
Pipe Safe has a
lockable lid that can only be opened with
a 30mm socket.
Pipe Safe is low
cost and easy to install.
Pipe Safe improves
building site safety, while
protecting the environment at the same time.
Pipe Safe has full
WATERMARK accreditation
(WMKT21033) and Sydney Water approval to
be used in their pipes (2005/03339F)
The Pipe Safe housing,
filter and plug are made from
100% recycled Acrylonitrite Butadiene Styrene (A.B.S.)
The Pipe Safe system is
patent pending.
